With a passion for raising standards across the beauty industry, our Training Academy was created to support salon professionals through high-quality safety education and practical, real-world training.
We provide two types of training; Online courses and In-salon education, both designed to fit around busy schedules while delivering knowledge that genuinely protects clients, technicians, and businesses.
What Education We Offer & Who am I?
My name is Rheah Francis and I am a qualified educator with extensive experience in various areas of the beauty industry. With over twenty five years in the nail sector and nearly twenty years as a nail educator, there’s little I haven’t encountered. My journey includes roles such as, former CND Education Ambassador, session manicurist at London Fashion Week, training celebrity nail techs, training the trainers at Clarins, and educating therapists and nail technicians at the Center Parcs Spa Aqua sauna.
The diversity of education and skill levels among staff can present unique challenges. As a former salon owner managing multiple team members, I understand the difficulties that come with balancing education and skill development while striving for a successful salon and profitability.
I have effectively established in-salon training programs and assisted numerous salon owners and individual nail technicians in reaching their educational objectives, from the beginning to the end of their journey. My educational approach is unbiased, with no pressure to buy new products or affiliate with particular brands. Rather, I concentrate on delivering accurate information regarding nails, the science behind the products, and strategies for business growth.
Online Courses
Our online courses allow students to learn at their own pace while still receiving structured, professional guidance. Once enrolled, learners gain access to all course materials, including downloadable workbooks and resources. For those who prefer a physical copy, a professionally printed workbook can also be ordered and delivered for an additional fee.
Courses are available for a fixed 21 day access period, giving students ample time to complete the learning content and required quizzes. Upon successful completion, a certificate is issued, which can be downloaded instantly or sent directly. Ongoing support is available throughout the course, with clear contact options should any help be needed.
For salons seeking hands-on education, we offer in-salon training sessions delivered directly on-site. These sessions can follow structured course outlines or be fully bespoke, depending on the needs of the salon and its team.
Bespoke training is tailored to each individual business. Prior to booking, salons are asked to complete a short enquiry form outlining their specific requirements, allowing us to design training that addresses the exact skills, safety needs, and experience levels of each technician. As not all team members require the same training, this approach ensures time is used efficiently and effectively.

In Person Classes
Structured Classes
Alongside bespoke training, we also offer standalone structured classes. These sessions include clear lesson agendas, kit options, pricing, and scheduled dates, making it easy to find a class that fits your needs. Some advanced lessons are reserved exclusively for in-salon bespoke training, ensuring the right learning environment for more specialized education.
Bridging the Gap Training
It has been observed that in recent years, certain training programs in the nail and beauty industry have been fast tracked. While this has resulted in some truly skilled technicians, their confidence and understanding of the fundamental principles of nail services have not met the standards we aspire to uphold in a premium, professional industry.
We offer accredited training specifically designed for your salon’s needs. If one staff member excels in natural nail polish but has difficulty with enhancement application techniques, we can bridge that gap. Another team member may be skilled in L&P but struggles with gel application. Additionally, some staff might excel in product application yet find anatomy, physiology, and recognizing contraindications and nail or skin disorders challenging. We’re here to support you by filling in those learning gaps. Best of all, our training takes place in the comfort of your own salon, eliminating extra travel costs, lunch expenses, or the need for training days off. We come directly to you!
